i havent written in this for awhile, mainly cause i didnt really think anyone read it, but i was informed last night by a bunch of drunk hooligans that people do in fact read it. today i slept through my 8 calc class, which was no mistake. what a stupid stupid stupid time for a calculus class. my english class was kind of fun because Shumyl and Sanjin (from pakistan and uzbekistan respectively) are some funny ass foreigners. there are always arguing with each other. the teacher brought up some similarities between stories how the word "mastication" is used. they didnt know what he meant so they assumed mastication was the same as masturbation. the discussion that ensued was quite enjoyable, and i laughed. it almost made me forget that english class makes me want to jump in front of a mac truck.

here are some of the highlights from last friday night at smith hall, i had forgotten how foolishly drunk dom was. he is the little hawaiian kid with the stupid looking hat on.

as i can recall it was a fairly boring and uneventful weekend. nothing overly great sticks out in my mind. on sunday i did the walk for hunger with mike and steph. too bad i ended up with 3 matching blisters on each foot. my legs dont hurt as much as i had feared, but the HUGE blisters are not fun. last night i gota big 0 on my reading quiz, and went to sleep at about 2 oclock. only have one class today, and im sure it will be quite painful. for those readers who dont go to school here, and for those who do, let me point something out to you. freshman year, we go to school from mid september till early to mid june, with only about 2 weeks off for christmas and 1 for spring break. following freshman year we arent expected to go to class for more than 1 quarter in a row. and freshman year we have to go to 3 in a row. frankly im getting fucking sick of school and i want to barbeque on my porch and not have to worry about the force of attraction between 2 parallel wires carrying a current of 10 micro coloumbs. when the hell am i going to need to know how to dothat. or what about being able to write a C++ program that calculates the area and the perimeter of a frigging rectangle. i could do those same calculations in 3rd grade. bottom line: i am no longer retaining any of this information due to the fact that i am tired of learning and i find it all to be stupidly useless. needless to say im very excited to go to class today.
